Rajashri Murugkar – Contestant No 213

I am Rajeshree Nandkishore Murugkar. I am interested in music since my childhood my both brothers and myself were use to sing in orchestra Marathi, Hindi, and Telugu songs at Adilabad. I have got my own prizes in school and college. Among those prizes, one price is memorable. It was a very nice book names “An Introduction to Indian Music.” I never forget that memories.

After marriage I went Sangeet Class and completed Sangeet Alankar from my Guruji Pandit Ramesh Kanole sir at Nanded. There was our swarangam group we did 25 programs of “Aai” songs of mother. All songs were old and melodies.

I gave audition in Mumbai for Z Marathi “Saregamapa” and selected in two rounds only. Now, I live in Thane since two years with my songs.

I want to do something only in music. Then I came to know about Wings to Fame through my son and participated.

I wish to thank Wings To Fame for giving me this platform. I will try my level best in singing.
